Return Policy:
All sales are final after 7 days.
Returns are for exchanges only, will only be granted for non-customized items, and will only be made within 7 days of purchase. In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the orginal product and shipping charges for the new product to be shipped. Shipping Damage Claims:
In the unlikely event that one of our products is delivered in a damaged state, Blue Ribbon Cornhole must be notified at info@blueribboncornhole.com within 48 hours of receipt of package. Photos of packaging as well as product must be sent with this notification. We will make every effort to get a replacement product delivered in a timely fashion. Any shipping damage claims filed beyond 48 hours from receipt of the product and without evidence of shipping damage will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
